David Lee & Marina Bourderonnet
David Lee is a Registered Architect in California and New York and a Founding Partner of the architecture and interior design office, FAME. David has a Bachelor of Architecture and a Minor in Sustainable Environments with honors from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a Master of Urban Design from the City College of New York directed by Michael Sorkin. He studied music and architecture as part of the Ecoles d’Art Américaines de Fontainebleu in France and has performed a trumpet player in the Walt Disney Concert Hall and the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels in Los Angeles.
Marina Bourderonnet (Bor-dare-o-nay) is a Registered Architect in New York, a LEED Green Associate and a Founding Parter of the architecture and interior design office, FAME. She was trained in sculpture, painting, and art history at the Ecole Des Beaux Arts; studied Italian, Latin, Spanish, and English; graduated from the French National School of Architecture in Paris; and studied design at one of America’s leading architecture universities. David and Marina lived in New York City for several years, working at a variety of architecture and design offices executing large single-family homes, university buildings, and towers.
The two have also lectured at conferences, taught architecture at the collegiate level, been published, and host one of today’s top design and architecture podcasts, The Second Studio™.
