We are approaching the final week of open consultations on exempted planning, which opened last month and will run to August 26th. Please get involved, read the proposals, give your view by way of a simple submission and encourage your team, supply chain and clients to do the same. Katie Tallon’s ongoing social listening through iProperty Radio is showing a consistent 86%+ of respondents are in favour of proposed exemptions. Critically, this will not translate into policy unless people register through the government portal and submit their opinion.
