On Property Matters this week, hosts Carol Tallon and Bryan Fox are joined in studio by Property Matters producer Katie Tallon of Hear Me Roar Media, also a PR & Events graduate, to discuss podcasting, social media and new media, and crisis communication for the Construction Industry.
The idea for the Property Matters radio show actually began as a podcast so of course we find podcasting a growing opportunity for the industry and of huge importance. People can listen to our show when they want as many times as they want, there’s no time pressure.
As CEO of Property District, Carol Tallon works with many companies within the property and construction sector, creating content, managing social media accounts, advising on furthering business development through creative media use and more. One thing that many companies in the property development sector are in need of is crisis communication- Carol has dealt with her fair share of industry for clients crisis’ and shares some of her secrets to dealing with trouble along the way.
