On Property Matters this week, host Carol Tallon is joined remotely by Ronan McKenna, Sales Director at Glenveagh Properties PLC, Natasha Rocca Devine, Interior Designer and ‘Staging to Sell’ specialist at The Interiors NRD Studio and Garry Connolly, President and Founder of Host In Ireland.

Ronan McKenna, Sales Director at Glenveagh Properties PLC was first to join Carol Tallon on Property Matters to discuss how Glenveagh have responded to Covid-19 in terms of ongoing building works and new developments that are currently being marketed. Also, he notes the different experiences the company has had when dealing with home buyers during this unprecedented time. Natasha Rocca Devine, Interior Designer and ‘Staging to Sell’ specialist at The Interiors NRD Studio joined Carol to share interior design trends for 2020 and how these are likely to change post-pandemic. She talks about the importance of staging your property prior to viewings and how this can in fact increase the sale price and speed up the sales time (crucial for the second-hand residential market right now). Garry Connolly, President and Founder of Host In Ireland was the final guest of the week to join us on Property Matters. Garry gave us an overview of the Data Centre sector in Ireland and how the sector is supported and promoted through Host in Ireland. He also talked about the significance of Data Centre operatives being designated as essential workers throughout the Covid-19 pandemic and what’s in the construction delivery pipeline for 2020 and beyond.
