Welcome back to Property Matters – episode 1 of Series 3, how did that happen?!

After a brief summer break (where our airtime was ably-filled by Proptech Ireland for their ‘Meet the Founder’ series, listen back at iPropertyRadio.com) Property Matters is back on the air. This week, host Carol Tallon is joined remotely by Pat Davitt, CEO of IPAV, Karen Muldowney, Business Manager at Shapoorji Pallonji and Paul Walsh, General Manager of CIM Europe.

To start this week off, Pat Davitt, CEO of IPAV joins us to give Carol an update on how his members are keeping during the pandemic lockdown. Listen back to Pat’s full interview to hear him talk about the all-important IPAV mid-year market review.

Karen Muldowney, Business Manager at Shapoorji Pallonji joined Carol to talk about how site teams at Shapoorji Pallonji Ireland fared during the pandemic, how momentum has been regained across live projects and about a £37 million new PRS development in London.

Paul Walsh, General Manager of CIM Europe was the final guest of the week to join us on Property Matters to talk about CIM’s new building analytics platform, which integrates building intelligence, machine learning and technical engineering support in a way that is smart, simple and transparent.

Tune into Property Matters weekly on Dublin South FM from 6-7pm every Tuesday (or catch up via podcast www.iPropertyRadio.com) for more planning, construction, property and proptech chat.
